We understand the feelings of stress and anxiety that come with a global pandemic. It is normal to feel stressed, confused, scared, angry and other emotions during this crisis. We are here to help by offering virtual sessions to help alleviate the overwhelming feelings that come with going through a crisis. All of our clinicians are trained to work with clients who are experiencing these symptoms. We will specifically tailor each approach to your individualized needs, as everyone copes with stress differently. It is important that you learn and use self-care strategies throughout this process.
