I believe that meeting clients where they are at will be the drive in creating the change that they look to achieve. I have a unique tailored approach for each of my clients that comes in in search of a stronger sense of self.
My strengths based approach allows clients to have a deeper understanding of what they are searching for and goals they would like to achieve. I carefully consider all aspects of my clients physical and mental health to properly develop these goals, and break them down into specific, measurable actions.
I see clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship strains, low self-esteem, career related concerns, and life transitions.
Through my work with clients I seek to establish a trusting and collaborative approach in order to help navigate the challenges they are experiencing.
